One building. Two loyalties. Plenty of reasons to get together. The Kimbell’s House Divided Party on Nov 27, 2026 brings Aggies and Longhorns together for an A&M vs. UT game watch party in Downtown Bryan.

Wear your colors, bring your favorite rival, and enjoy the game with a room full of people who care just as much as you do. Whether your household agrees on a team or splits right down the middle, this gathering makes room for both sides of the rivalry.
